We are pleased to announce the winners of the 2024 Excellence in Journalism Award Contest for SPJ Region 10. The contest featured hundreds of entries from news organizations across Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana and Alaska.

All told, there were more than 70 first and second place winners from our colleagues in Oregon and southwest Washington. We want to extend a hearty congratulations to the winners and a sincere thank you to everyone who entered their work.
We will spend the coming weeks ordering trophies and certificates and distributing them to the winners in our coverage area. Stay tuned for a more information once the prizes are ready.
